paddle ocr报错 ImportError: cannot import name ‘get_installed_distributions’ from 'pip._internal.utils

在使用paddleocr时报错如下：
paddle ocr报错 ImportError: cannot import name 'get_installed_distributions' from 'pip._internal.utils

解决方法

paddlepaddle，paddlehub的安装版本为2.0.0，卸载，重装最新版本（2.1.1）

不需要指定版本，当前最新版就是2.1.1。清华源用着还不错。

pip uninstall paddlepaddle
pip install paddlepaddle -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
pip uninstall paddlehub
pip install paddlehub -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
