市面上 AI IDE 越来越多，选择困难症犯了。我同时用了 Cursor、Kiro、Windsurf 三个月，说说真实感受。

我的使用场景分配

日常快速修改（改bug/加字段/调样式）
→ Cursor
  原因：Tab 补全 + Composer 多文件编辑，快

完整需求开发（从PRD到提测）
→ Kiro
  原因：Spec 流程 + Skill 复用 + Hook 自动化

快速原型验证 / 不熟悉的技术栈
→ Windsurf
  原因：AI 主动性强，不需要你精确指导

选择建议

## 选 Cursor 如果：
- 你是经验丰富的开发者
- 你喜欢精细控制每一步
- 你的需求以"快速修改"为主
- 你不需要复杂的流程管理

## 选 Kiro 如果：
- 你需要管理团队的 AI 使用方式
- 你的项目规范多且复杂
- 你想把开发流程标准化
- 你需要结构化的需求开发流程

## 选 Windsurf 如果：
- 你刚开始用 AI IDE
- 你不想花太多时间配置
- 你喜欢 AI 更主动一些
- 你的需求以"新建"为主

通用最佳实践（不管用哪个）

1. 一定要配置项目规范文件
2. 准备 3-5 个范例文件
3. 写"禁止清单"比"要求清单"有效
4. 控制上下文大小（精准 > 全面）
5. 复杂任务分步做
6. 生成后一定要 review

多工具共存的配置方式
